Case Study =

Mr. Promod Suryavanshi, a 40-year-old patient, presented for a follow-up appointment.  His current physical and symptomatic status is excellent.  Initially seen at age 37, he presented with severe aortic valve stenosis.  

A 2D echocardiogram dated May 21, 2021, confirmed severe aortic valve stenosis, and aortic valve replacement (AVR) was recommended.  However, desiring to avoid surgery, he sought an Ayurvedic practitioner specializing in heart diseaseAyurvedic practitioner specializing in heart disease to manage his condition and prevent AVR.  He subsequently consulted our practice. Following a thorough physical examination and review of his reports, we initiated an Ayurvedic treatment regimen for aortic stenosis.  

Several months into treatment, he reported significant symptom reduction.  

His periodic follow-up appointments revealed gradual improvement in his condition, 

culminating in a 2D echocardiogram dated August 10, 2024, which showed mild aortic stenosis.  This represents substantial progress. The patient is satisfied with the outcome, and we are pleased to have avoided AVR through Ayurvedic intervention.
